Hall Group, the Dallas company founded by billionaire developer Craig Hall, has purchased the eight-story office building at 2525 McKinnon Street in the heart of Uptown, buying the tower from an entity tied to the recently privatized City Office REIT and adding a marquee submarket address to a North Texas portfolio that already stretches from downtown Dallas to Frisco.
