McKinney Council Rezones 10 Acres for 46,000 SQFT of Retail at Craig International’s $200MM Rowlett Station

The McKinney City Council's unanimous vote to rezone nearly 10 acres fronting Eldorado Parkway hands Craig International the entitlement it needs to plant a retail anchor at Rowlett Station, the more than $200 million reinvention of the 58-acre corporate campus Globe Life walked away from last year.
