Enbridge will pay $600 million in cash for Salt Creek Midstream's Delaware Basin crude gathering business, a bolt-on that hands the pipeline giant roughly 500 miles of feeder line, 320,000 dedicated acres and the last missing link in a chain that now runs from West Texas wellheads to tanker berths at the largest crude export terminal in the United States.
