Intracorp Seeks More Time on 635,000 SQFT Leland South Congress Condo Project in Austin

Intracorp Texas has asked the City of Austin for more time to build Leland South Congress, the 270-unit condominium and retail project at South Congress Avenue and Live Oak Street, filing to extend a site plan that expires this month and nearly two years after the developer staged a groundbreaking on the cleared South Austin site.
